Buying over 50 people gifts for Christmas's and birthdays gets harder as they all get older. I really don't. Soon I will have to spend all my money on just buying gifts for people as it now appears to be the done thing to give at Easter as well! Chocolate is now, no longer the thing to buy at Easter anymore. It used to be so easy to please my cousin with presents when she was growing up, I mean she loved the paper the majority of the time, not the present so pressure was off but now, the pressure is most definately on. Buying an interesting gift does not always have to be expensive, indeed sometimes buying interesting can beat buying a boring sweater. Recently I have been looking at buying a cheap electric scooter for my eighteen year old cousin. Being old enough to be in total charge of a scooter, is one thing, being mature enough, as she is, is anotherq.

Obviously, I cannot afford to buy her a top of the range most expensive scooter but I have been looking at some electric scooters for sale. Second hand scooters are most often the best option for a gift as the brand new ones can be so expensive, however, it is perfectly possible to find a brand new scooter on discount. My friend at work has a scooter from a second hand online store and so was able to give me a list of a few sites to go to, in order to see if any caught my eye. There is no need to fill the scooter up with gas because it is electric which adds to the fun. The recharge of battery can be done either at a depot or at home. Scooters are absolutely the kind of invention that everyone can enjoy, not just the young. To be honest, I will probably get a scooter for myself as ultimately it will save on bus fare and also navigating through the NY taxis.

Having a scooter will give my cousin her much needed freedom for when she starts college and will hopefully cause her to be the envy of quite a few people at college too. Having many people in a car can be very distracting when driving and so my aunt is fearful that my cousin will end up having an accident, with the scooter, this fear is cut in half, as there is no one but my cousin to distract herself. It may seem unfair to buy her a scooter and not her brothers when they were her age but there was no way that they could be trusted then. My friend, who loves her scooter, is always on at me to visit a lot of websites that offer discounted scooters. So I feel confident that I will find the perfect gift for my young cousin and that she will like it even if it has come from a store offering cheap electric scooters for sale.
