i'm 15 yo and am 5ft 9 yet only 117lbs im interested in thos electric scooter, the seller quotes 25 -40 kmh depending on rider weight. The manufacturer's rated top speed is usually pretty accurate. But the range will vary upon a lot of factors including: rider weight, terrain, hills / inclines, etc. Under ideal conditions you'll get 75-85% of the rated range.
